This policy explains how TabVault Studio ("we", "us") handles information on this website and when you buy our digital products.
What we collect
- Waitlist: if you join the TabVault waitlist, we collect your email address. Our form provider, Formspree, processes it.
- Purchases: our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Creem, handles checkout. It collects your name, email, billing details and payment information. We never see or store your full card details. We receive your order details and email so we can deliver the product and give support.
- Support: if you email us, we keep your email and the messages you send.
- Hosting: our host (Cloudflare) may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver purchases, process refunds, answer support requests, send TabVault launch updates you signed up for, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your personal information or use advertising trackers.
The spreadsheet
The tracker is a file that runs on your own device or Google account. We can't see anything you type into it.
Retention
We keep order and support records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to how we process it. Email wangli20001010@mail.grokbot.com and we will respond within 30 days.
