Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to digital products sold by TabVault Studio ("Seller", "we"). By buying or using our products, you agree to them.
1. Digital products and delivery
All products are digital downloads, for example spreadsheet templates. After your payment is confirmed, you get a download link right away on the confirmation page and by email. Nothing physical is shipped. If the link doesn't arrive, email us and we'll send the file.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem. Creem may add applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout. Prices are in USD.
3. Refunds
Digital files can't be returned, but we want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product doesn't open, doesn't work as described, or you bought it by mistake, email wangli20001010@mail.grokbot.com within 7 days of purchase with your order email. We'll fix the problem or give you a full refund. We may decline refunds when there is clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund.
4. License
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use and edit it for yourself or your own business. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the files or modified versions of them.
5. Not tax, legal or financial advice
Our templates, including the US Freelancer Quarterly Tax & Bookkeeping Tracker, are organizing and estimating tools only. They don't provide tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Their calculations depend entirely on rates and data you enter and are simplified. Tax due dates and rules can change, so always check them with the IRS and your state, and consult a qualified tax professional before making decisions or payments. You are responsible for your own tax filings and payments.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for penalties, interest or taxes arising from using our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
7. TabVault extension
TabVault is a browser extension that is still in development. Joining the waitlist doesn't oblige you to buy anything. Founder pricing will be announced before launch.
